All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Somerset, England.
We work extremely hard to drive down the cost of shipping your products and, whenever possible, offer either free shipping or deeply discounted flat rates.
We have also introduced product bundles in recent months, allowing you the opportunity to purchase a bundle of either 3 or 6 Poppy Austin products at a reduced value. This not only saves you money (up to 20% off single product purchases) but also triggers free shipping on your order in most cases.

Please note, as the Coronavirus (COVID 19) situation continues to impact all of our lives, we find ourselves making daily changes to ensure the on-going safety and wellbeing of our customers and staff.
With effect from April 1st 2020, we have made the decision to temporarily restrict outgoing shipments for orders placed on poppyaustin.com to customers in the UK only.
We can, however, continue to fulfil products to all other worldwide destinations, including America and Europe, via our Amazon webstores.

After your payment is authorised and verified, we make it our priority to dispatch your order the same day. This does not include weekends or holidays.
You will receive a shipping notification email the minute your order has been dispatched, which will include a link to track your parcel all the way to your doorstep.
To receive your products in a timely manner:
Please make sure that the shipping address chosen when placing the order is correct, as rerouting and redirecting is not possible once the package leaves our facility.
Before we can dispatch your products, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer, and if this occurs, we keep all delays to a minimum. To avoid interruptions, don’t use cards that are set to expire or have mismatched billing information.
EU, US and International Orders
Despite the shipping restrictions for orders placed on poppyaustin.com, we can still fulfil all European, US and worldwide orders from our stores on Amazon.com (USA), Amazon.co.uk (UK), Amazon.de (Germany), Amazon.it (Italy), Amazon.fr (France), and Amazon.es (Spain).

If for any reason, your order is cancelled, you will immediately receive an email. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you have any questions regarding your cancelled order, please contact one of the team.
Please let us know immediately via email if your package was damaged in transit. Save the box and products so that we can have the carrier inspect and pick up your damaged package. The items will be replaced at no charge to you.
Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied your order, simply return the item via the postal service and we will gladly reimburse you for the full amount of the purchase. You are also welcome to exchange your product for another Poppy Austin item.
We accept all unopened returns and exchanges within 30 days of your invoice date for items purchased directly from our website. We recommend shipping your product by recorded Royal Mail for your protection.
If you purchased a discounted item and would like to return the product, we will happily refund your money within the 30-day time limit.
If you would like to exchange your product for something of higher value then you will be required to pay the difference. We are sorry that we are unable to provide the discount on current items or items that are no longer in the sale stock.
